Ava had on the cutest outfit today. I told her to show off her dress and she was glad to do it!!

Satire, Our Very First Horse

Michele, my daughter, and I bought Satire about 5 years ago when he was 24 years old. He was a fully equitated retired show horse who taught us everything. I have since gotten two other horses and Michele remains Satire's main herd leader. They are truly bonded.

She practices Parelli Natural Horsemanship with him and rides him now in only a rope halter and usually bareback.

I found a little journal that I was writing in a few years back. (Before blogging!!) It's called "The Simple Abundance Journal of Gratitude". So I thought I'd put a thought on my blog every once in awhile. Little things that make me smile; little things I'm grateful for. So every time you see the yellow sticky, that's what it is.
